Election by Declaration Announcment

It is hereby determined that Russell R. Ferreira was the only candidate nominated for the position as the First Elected Member to be elected to the Falmouth Retirement Board. Therefore, at the meeting of the Falmouth Retirement Board which was held on Thursday, September 8, 2016, the board members voted to declare elected the First Elected Member to the Falmouth Retirement Board and that no election shall be held. His term will commence on October 31, 2016 and run through the date of expiration on October 30, 2019. He will serve on the Falmouth Retirement Board in all respects as though he had been elected to this position by election.
