New Employee Self Service Web Portal Module Released

The Falmouth Retirement System is happy to announce the new Employee Self Service Web Portal module of our Pension Pro retirement software.

This Employee Self Service Web Portal module will provide current Members and Retirees with features and capabilities such as the following:

Members:

·         Your demographic information on record with the retirement system

·         Contact information, beneficiary information, deduction history, salary & service history

·         Generate ESTIMATED superannuation retirement calculations

·         Access Change of Address form, Change of Beneficiary form as well as retirement guides

Retirees:

·         Your demographic information on record with the retirement system

·         Contact information, beneficiary information, monthly retirement allowance information

·         View 1099-R information, generate an Income Verification letter

·         Access Change of Address form, Direct Deposit form as well as retirement guides

In addition, through this Employee Self Service Web Portal module, Members and Retirees will be able to communicate directly with the staff of the Falmouth Retirement System.
