The board members of the Falmouth Contributory Retirement Board (“Board”) are currently seeking proposals from qualified legal services firms and/or individual attorneys, with experience representing Massachusetts public retirement systems, to provide legal services consistent with Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 32 and regulations of the Public Employee Retirement Administration Commission 840 CMR.
- Candidates must have experience working with MA public pension plans.
Please refer to the Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for additional details. At its discretion, the Board reserves the right to reject in whole or in part any and all proposals.
